In order to apply for admission to St. Richard's School, families must complete and submit an Application for Admission along with a non-refundable application fee of $75. The following three options are available for completing the application for admission:

The application process varies slightly depending on the grade level into which the student will enter. For a more detailed description of the application process, click on the link below that corresponds with the grade into which the student will enter.

The deadline for submitting applications for the 2007-2008 school year is January 158, 2007. We will mail admissions decisions March 14th, 2008. The number of students to whom we can offer admission depends on the number of spaces available, which we will know only after our current families have returned re-enrollment contracts in mid-February. After the initial round of admission decisions in mid March, we will enroll new students until available spaces are filled. On a case-by-case basis, students may be admitted after the start of the school year if space remains available.

Admission Policy

In keeping with the School's mission, St. Richard's admits and welcomes students of all racial, religious, national, and socioeconomic backgrounds of above average to exceptional ability. A diverse school community is part of the St. Richard's tradition.  In fact, seventeen countries are currently represented by our student body.

Students are selected for admission to the School on the basis of academic potential, developmental and social maturity, school achievement, behavior, and readiness for our School's program.
